The Motel/Restaurant "Mountain" is part of Company for trade and services - "Lider". Part of the Company is also a tourist agency which offers specific visits of natural beauties of Šara mountain, camping, sport hunting, fishing, riding, lunch in the mountain, climbing, footing, etc. The "Lider" Company owns motel with pizzeria, coffee-bar and 9 apartments in Štrpce (presently rented by OSCE Regional office).

The Motel-Restaurant „Mountain” is located by starting point of ski-lift „Lavlja vrata“, near by ski track. The Motel has 6 two-bad rooms, 3 apartments and restaurant which capacity is 60 sites. The restaurant offers national and traditional food: vegetables, milk products, and special ethno food from Sirinić Valley. The overnight with breakfast in this Motel costs € 12,00.
