 Motel "LJUBOTEN"- Brezovica, is located at 900 meters above sea level, on the left side of the road which leads to ski centre Brezovica. A number of sport teams come to this Motel to work on their summer and winter trainings for the sport’s competitions in ideal high mountain conditions. Motel owns 7 apartments – with kitchens, mini-bars and TVs (with satellite program). As part of Motel "LJUBOTEN" there is restaurant with capacity of 100 sites, there is banquet hall, symposium hall (capacity 50 sites) and rum – service. Classic restaurant with national and international kitchens, offers cold side dishes, fish specialties, chicken meat meals, pork meat meals, etc. House specialties are Balkan plate, pepper meat, “Leskovac fried meat”, file minion with mushrooms, etc. Restaurant is specialized for congress tourism, organization of parties for very good price. The Motel is also appropriate for organizing trainings, seminars, scientific workshops, etc.
 Tourist agency "Boarding House" organizes picnics, visits of monasteries, hunting, fishing, mountain climbing – visits to beautiful Sara’s meadows which are rich with rear flora spices. Organizes unique visits to glacier lake with own guides and lunch.Restaurant has contract with local folk and dance association, and organizes exhibitions in US KFOR base (Bond still) and Film - city in Priština and other KFOR bases. Restaurant "LJUBOTEN" owns certificate issued by KFOR for preparing healthy food.

  The Motel/Restaurant "Mountain" is part of Company for trade and services - "Lider". Part of the Company is also a tourist agency which offers specific visits of natural beauties of Šara mountain, camping, sport hunting, fishing, riding, lunch in the mountain, climbing, footing, etc. The "Lider" Company owns motel with pizzeria, coffee-bar and 9 apartments in Štrpce (presently rented by OSCE Regional office).
The Motel-Restaurant „Mountain” is located by starting point of ski-lift „Lavlja vrata“, near by ski track. The Motel has 6 two-bad rooms, 3 apartments and restaurant which capacity is 60 sites.  D.O.O. "Sport-Tours" is located at 1700 meter above sea level, near by starting point of ski -lift "Lavlja vrata". Capacity of this hotel is 120 beds, all rooms have bathrooms. Hotel owns restaurant with 180 sites, TV hall, and ski-service. "Sport-Tours" offers ski trainings for beginners and possibility of ski renting. Motel "Partizanka" with restaurant and 6 three-bad rooms is located by starting point of ski lift "Velike livade".

 Ski-service "Borzani" is the biggest ski-service on Šar-mountain. It is located in the Hotel Molika. It has 500 completes of the newest ski equipment and 100 snow boards completes.

 Ski-school "Borzani" was found by Sladjan Ilić, in 1992. year. During his active ski career, Sladjan was a member of Jugoslavian Olympic team in 1992. on Winter Olypmic Games hosted in France. He used his huge expiriance in skiing for founding Ski school "Borzani" in which he trained more than 10000 skiers i boarders.

 The Motel/ Restaurant "ROK" as family business exists since 1980. Motel/ Restaurant gained popularity by offering high quality services to both domestic and foreign tourists. Located across the Hotel "Narcis" in tourist settlement Brezovica, the Motel offers apartments, semi-apartments, and two-bad rooms. In the restaurant with mountain interior, one can taste delicious traditional food from Sirinic Valley: "Leskovac fried meat", smoked fish (trough, carp, etc.). Restaurant is specialized for organization of parties for very good price. Restaurant is also appropriate for organizing trainings, seminars, scientific workshops, etc. Restaurant offers broad selection of domestic and foreign alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks as well as cocktails.
 Motel/ Restaurant „ROK“ offers transportation of tourists to ski center and other attractive destination in Sirinic Valley and the surrounding as well as visits to "Careve livade", "Stojkova kuća", visits to Livadičko, Štrbačko and Jažinačko lakes. Restaurant is also organizing picnics in mountain with traditional domestic specialties such as shepherd's pie, barbecue, grilled lamb, etc. Capacity of restaurant is 80 sites.

  Motel “Lovac” se nalazi u samom centru Štrpca, na ušću dve planinske reke, udaljen 200m od glavnog magistralnog puta Uroševac – Prizren.
Motel raspolaže sa 10 dvokrevetnih i trokrevetnih soba sa kupatilom (kade i tuš kabine) i čajnom kuhinjom, kao i sa 2 apartmana što ukupno iznosi 28 ležaja. Objekat je sagrađen i pušten u funkciju 2008. godine. U objektu se još nalazi restoran kapaciteta 150 mesta, kao i kazino (poker aparati, rulet, pikado i bilijar).  Restoran nudi domaće specijalitete (dimljena rebra na kajmaku, meso na seljački nacin, jagnje ispod sača, šarske sireve i slično) kao i raznovrsne specijalitete drugih kuhinja.
 Motel poseduje i kongresnu salu što ga čini idealnim za organizovanje simpozijuma, kongresa, seminara, kao i raznovrsnih proslava.
Za goste u sezoni skijanja organizovan je prevoz do ski centra koji je udaljen 14 km. Motel je izuzetno pogodan kako za zimski tako i za letnji turizam. U letnjem periodu motel organizuje izlete u prirodi sa ručkom i šetnjom kroz borovu šumu.
